Sharp model LTO22MDO, 780nm, 5mW output with
tight beam collimator. Input 2VDC at 78-80mA. The high quality, 3-element
glass collimator produces a very tight TEMoo beam. The IR LASER diode could
be replaced with a 635-670nm 9mm package for a very tight intense red beam.
This is the same LASER diode module as 3ANS2
above, but still within the original case with all electronics included. Sorry,
we have no spec's or schematics for the circuit, but it is our understanding
that it includes both the driver and a modulator, all contained within a cast
aluminium housing.
