Laser Etching Equipment
Depending on the application, there are some different applications for the wave emission devices. One of the common uses of laser etching equipment is for the personalization of rings and other jewelry. The etching equipment can quickly law out a complicated monogram or another symbol to the back of a ring which permanently alters the chemical composition of the material at that site allowing for a lasting image.
Another alternative use of the laser etching equipment can be seen in the warfare stages. The Air Force uses the ability of lasers to destroy and chemically alter what it hits and has actually been weaponized. The Air Force has an aircraft called the YAL-1 which can destroy a ballistic missile with a megawatt-class laser turret attached to the front of the aircraft which can target the missile in the initial stages of its trajectory along with global positioning satellites. This seemingly futuristic laser etching equipment is on the largest scale of lasers, with the other larger classes of lasers being purely scientific and exploratory for fusion ignition.
